Sensitivity Superpower is a children’s book written by teacher Natalie Nakkas. It follows our protagonist River, a young boy who gets bullied for his sensitivity. Through the story, River’s Emotions help him to see that his sensitivity is truly a Superpower and can help him overcome anything.

This story meant a lot to me as a sensitive person myself. I could feel the heart Natalie gave to this story, and I wanted to represent that through the illustration style, character design, and book design, which we worked closely together on.

Alongside illustrations, I also designed a font for the book, which will be used through Natalie’s future books. Sensitivity Superpower will be published soon!
