JUNIOR DESIGNER @ ROYAL ACADEMY OF DANCE 2025 – present

Here, I work full-time across a variety of in-house projects at the Royal Academy of Dance, covering everything from print and branding to motion graphics and illustration. As part of the Marketing team, I create high-quality design work across different platforms, recently designing and introducing a Canva templating system to streamline design work, rolling out to our global colleagues.

GRAPHIC DESIGN ASSISTANT @ ARTS STUDENTS’ UNION 2024 – 2025

Designing and illustrating diverse visual assets for the Arts Students’ Union, supporting campaigns and communications aimed at students and internal teams alongside balancing studies at university.

CREATIVE PROJECT @ VENTURETHREE x SKY SPORTS 2025

A creative, multidisciplinary group project hosted by the branding agency venturethree where we designed a concept for bringing Gen Z to Sky Sports. As the designer, I worked on the branding – working within the Sky Sports brand to expand it to a younger audience.

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN @ COSTELLO MEDICAL 2022

Here, I experienced a real office environment for the first time, getting stuck into meetings and small-side projects for the design team. I worked to briefs with brand-specific requirements, expanding my knowledge of the graphic design industry, learning what it’s like to work in-house.

WAITRESSING, HOSTING, RETAIL @ VARIOUS PLACES 2021 – 2024

During my student years, I worked in various roles in waitressing, hosting, retail, and charity work. This work built up my confidence in myself, customer service, management, and self discipline.

education

BA GRAPHIC DESIGN COMMUNICATION @ UAL, CHELSEA COLLEGE 2022 – 2025

This is where I fully realised my potential as a designer and creative. This course was incredibly diverse and multidisciplinary, where we were encouraged to expand our art into many different forms. I experimented in branding, illustration, print, motion design, animation, filmmaking, and 3D modelling. I received a First.

Alongside my studies, I helped to run the UAL Tea Society, where we hosted events for tea lovers around London and built a creative community. Here, I was the Treasurer and organised finances, whilst also helping in general areas of the events and social media. I was nominated for the Committee Member of the Year Award, and we won the Arts SU’s Society of the Year Award 2025.

GRAPHIC DESIGN @ LONG ROAD SIXTH FORM 2020 – 2022

I started my design journey here, learning the ropes with design and the Adobe suite. I am forever thankful to my teachers here for helping me jumpstart my career and encouraging me to push myself.

Here, I won a few sixth-form-wide competitions, allowing me to design for the college’s magazine and was awarded an internship.

Through the college, I was also a shortlisted nominee for the Student Social Mobility Awards 2021.
